A customers wife called me to ask for help, her husband had removed the cloakroom 6 months ago to change the back boards. He didn’t have time to refit it so we of course help her out.

Called out to boiler break down to find the boiler had not been serviced for 6 years, I explained to the customer a regular service would have prevented the breakdown of the boiler.

Apparently the customer has had two big company’s out and they couldn’t find the leak but still charged a small fortune for the call out, you just have to look and you will find.
One of my Customers had an early wake up call when the toilet ball valve split. Changed it out for a @vivasanitary valve
